Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st November 2025
We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small, off-grid operation

🔁 Standard Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking date are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.

⛈️ Weather & Safety

  • Outdoor Mission runs in most weather conditions — rain adds to the adventure!

  • If we determine that conditions are unsafe (e.g. severe storms, flooding, road closures), we may cancel or reschedule your mission.

  • In this case, you’ll be offered a full refund, credit, or the chance to reschedule at no extra cost.

🧍 Participant Withdrawal

  • If a member of your group is unable to participate due to illness or injury, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

  • Refunds or partial credits may be offered at our discretion if notified prior to the experience.

🛠️ Rescheduling & Credits

  • We’re happy to reschedule your booking once, free of charge, if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Reschedules requested less than 48 hours before your booking may not be guaranteed.

🎟️ Workshop Add-Ons

  • Workshop add-ons are subject to the same refund and reschedule terms as your core mission booking.

  • If your mission is rescheduled, we’ll transfer your workshop booking to the new date.
