We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our small, off-grid operation
🔁 Standard Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking date are eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for a refund.
⛈️ Weather & Safety

Outdoor Mission runs in most weather conditions — rain adds to the adventure!

If we determine that conditions are unsafe (e.g. severe storms, flooding, road closures), we may cancel or reschedule your mission.

In this case, you’ll be offered a full refund, credit, or the chance to reschedule at no extra cost.
🧍 Participant Withdrawal

If a member of your group is unable to participate due to illness or injury, we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Refunds or partial credits may be offered at our discretion if notified prior to the experience.
🛠️ Rescheduling & Credits

We’re happy to reschedule your booking once, free of charge, if notified at least 48 hours in advance.

Reschedules requested less than 48 hours before your booking may not be guaranteed.
🎟️ Workshop Add-Ons

Workshop add-ons are subject to the same refund and reschedule terms as your core mission booking.

If your mission is rescheduled, we’ll transfer your workshop booking to the new date.
