👣 Fitness & Physical Requirements

Outdoor Mission experiences involve walking on uneven ground, climbing over natural obstacles, and solving puzzles as a team.

If you're comfortable walking your dog around the park (with a few stops to throw a ball), you're good to go!
You don’t need to be an athlete — just reasonably active and mobile.
Participants must be 9 years or older, and children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

⚠️ Medical Conditions & Injuries

We ask all participants to disclose any medical conditions or recent injuries when booking. This helps us plan safely and make reasonable accommodations.
You’ll be required to complete a waiver and basic medical form before your mission.

🚫 Intoxication & Alcohol

Outdoor Mission is a safety-first environment.

We reserve the right to turn away any participant who appears visibly intoxicated.
If you’ve booked a Bush Bar Blends workshop, BYO alcohol is allowed in moderation.
All consumption is monitored, and intoxication protocols apply.

🧍‍♀️ Clothing & Gear

Please wear:

Sturdy closed-toe footwear (sneakers or hiking shoes)
Weather-appropriate outdoor clothing
We provide everything else you need on the day

🚙 Accessibility & 4x4 Info

Our remote valley is accessible only via the Motu Road, which requires an AWD or 4x4 vehicle with decent ground clearance.

If you don’t have suitable transport, we can help arrange it — just ask when booking.
There is no cell phone reception in the valley or along much of the Motu Road. Please ensure all travel plans are made in advance and any key information (like maps or contact details) is saved or printed before you leave coverage.
The terrain is natural and may not be suitable for those with mobility impairments.
