📸 Trail Cameras & Photography

Outdoor Mission uses trail cameras and group photography to capture the experience. These images may be used:

For sharing privately with your group
For promotional use (website, social media, brochures)

If you do not wish to be photographed, please let us know in advance or on arrival. We’ll identify participants with a discreet marker (e.g., a coloured wristband) and ensure no identifying images are used.

We collect personal details at the time of booking for safety and communication purposes. This may include:

Name, phone number, and email
Emergency contact details
Medical or dietary information you choose to share

Your information is used solely for the operation of Outdoor Mission and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
